Are you Insured?
Yes we are insured up to $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance.
Are you Certified?
Yes! Every job is assessed by an ISA Certified Arborist who is knowledgeable and experienced in proper tree care.
What are your Hours of Operation?
Tri-city Tree Service is a Seasonal business. We operate Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays we are closed.

Are estimates Free?
Yes estimates are free. we are usually available to do estimates in the evenings and on weekends.
Do I need to be on site for the estimate?
We prefer if the customer is on site for the estimate, so that we can be clear of what your tree needs are.
If for some reason you cannot be there we will need a clear description of what you are wanting done, along with the species and location of the tree within your property.
We can then leave the estimate in your mailbox.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque or for a small fee any major credit card.
When is Payment due?
We do not request payment up front. Payment is only due upon the completion of the job.
Can I keep my firewood?
Yes you have the option of keeping your firewood or having it hauled away. The price does not change unless the wood is in hard area to be removed.
